The 39th Annual General Meeting of the OHOPE CHARTERED CLUB INC. will be held at the club rooms Bluett Rd OHOPE at

11am Sunday 28th June 2020

NOMINATION for Committee must be on the prescribed form and lodged with the Secretary by 11am Sunday 14th June 2020. Nomination forms will be available at the office from 3rd June 2020.

Financial members only may attend. A set of accounts and list of candidates for the executive committee will be available from 15th June 2020.

Rule 19. Conduct of General Meeting

b)   Any member intending to move a resolution bearing upon the management of the Club during the past financial year or regarding any other matter must give notice of his/her motion by handing same to the Secretary fourteen (14) days before the meeting and such notice of motion shall be included with the notice of the meeting.

 The Nature of Business. Minutes of previous meetings; Election of Officers; Nomination of Auditor; Presidents Report; Financial Report; Managers Report; Remits submitted to the Club President; General Business.
